The challenge:
Forward thinking legal services; that’s how Devonshires Solicitors describe themselves. They act for an impressive list of global and UK clients, from big multi-nationals to private individuals and charities. A large organisation with a huge range of departments and complex needs, Devonshires were used to the more traditional methods and channels of PR. We were asked to empower teams, and introduce them to the opportunities that social media offered.

What we did:
We implemented a social media strategy that was aligned with Devonshires’ values and brand voice. This began with monthly huddles, which then developed into a series of bespoke workshops that were tailored to departments and different areas of their business.

The results:
Social media follower numbers and traffic have increased, with key partners using their professional profiles to create new opportunities and generate leads. Under our guidance, a number of departments have scoped out and implemented their own content strategies, with positive feedback from Devonshires partners.
