5. The legal bases on which we rely

We will collect and process your personal data only if one of the following applies:

  • You have consented to us doing so (‘consent’), for example by opting in to receiving email newsletters.

12. Right to withdraw consent

Where you have provided your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data, you have the right to fully or partly withdraw your consent. In such cases we will no longer process your personal data for the purposes to which you originally consented unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for further processing which override your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

13. How long will we retain your information?

We will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and processed.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period we will securely destroy your personal data.
